  • All sales are final for digital products and services
  • We offer free trials and demos to evaluate before purchase
  • No refunds after product delivery except as required by law

2. Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered under these circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Failure to deliver purchased product within 14 days
  • Major undisclosed product defects

3. Refund Process

  • Include order details and reason for request
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method

4. Product Delivery

Purchased products will be delivered within 7 working days after payment confirmation. We provide setup assistance via Zoom and email.
